Sergio did a great job communicating with me about his expected arrival time, then was very thorough with checking for webs and nests, followed up by spraying every sprayable place around the outside of my home. Before this visit I had begun to give up on aptive because the communication regarding upcoming visits was getting so sloppy. Sergio really stepped up and did a great job! ~ Margaret B

Had Aptive come out to help with a mouse problem. The first spray workedeffective for 6 weeks. The second time( no spray ) well set out traps. So eight traps and no mice caught. Frustrated I put out one trap and caught 3 mice in three days! 4th day upcoming. Told them their system wasnt working and to come get those traps. Very disappointed of this company, I got my service by a sales person that goes door to door, they sell false advertising, the guy told me that if for any reason I want to cancel they wont charge any cancellation fees, I call to cancel and they charge me $200 dls to break contract and the manager was rude, she was yawning all the time during my call, as if she didnt give a f..!! Scammers dont fall for it!!
I don't normally leave reviews, but this was such a terrible experience that I felt the need to share. The sign-up and first treatment went great. Zero issues. For the second treatment, I got stood up twice - Aptive just no-showed. When someone finally showed up (try #3), I got zero notification that they were headed my way. Once they arrived, they were onsite less than 5 minutes. I know because my Ring doorbell caught the tech's movement.
