This is the most deceitful company I have ever worked with.When the sales person came to sign me up He said it was $99.00 for the first treatment and 1 $145.00 after that. I told him I understood it was $99.00 a treatment and 4 treatments a year, He called his boss and said it would be $99.00 a treatment but sign the contract and it would be corrected. Waste of money. Spend less than 10 minutes walking around to spray house. Dead mice left in trap after service, and bait station left unchecked. My credit card expired between service dates and rather than contacting me to resolve it, it was sent to collections! They still came to perform another quarterly service despite the 1 missed payment. Once I received the collections notice I paid in full and canceled the service. I would strongly recommend not using this company for pest control.

He also let me know when he was done so I could start timing and know when my pup could return outside, he added some time to ensure it would be fine. I enjoy rarely finding critters outside and the fact that fleas are part of what are we see less of!!

Wow! I did not know that this was an horrible company. Taking you to collection after being a loyal customer for many years. Giving my information to auto payment and their representative failing to do as expected and directed was completely wrong. I do auto because of my busy schedule. Not worth my business. Run away from their services. They do not follow and make sure their client is ware of what they are doing. They are there to mess you up.
This company is not very easy to work with. I say better look elsewhere if you want a friendly easy to work with company that helps you solve bug problems instead on one looking for pay. They are shove there contract at you and the fine print but can not control the review you give, wee haa
The business charged 150$ for less than 30 minutes of work and charged another 199$ for preemptive cancellation. Sales reps smooth talk you into signing a contract offering a discount (199$) and the same discount is being charged back when you cancel their service due to dissatisfaction.

I have been a member since Aug. 2017. On 11.29.22 I had a service and noticed today I was charged $415. Apparently, I was immediately charged the service fees for the last two times they serviced my home. So now, at the end of the year/holidays, they think it is okay to back-charge me! For the more than 5 years I have been a customer, I have ALWAYS been charged immediately for the service (some times before they even leave my home), and now I have been backcharged a huge amount???
