Sometimes rep arrives without an appt. but is not intrusive, so I don't mind.*********************** serviced our property this week. He was pleasant and seemed to do a good job. In the past I have had the same from reps, helpful, polite, and go about their business conscientiously. I had heard that the company was bad about ending relationships, but since we still use their services I cannot comment on that.****************
Come whenever they want to even though they say they will make an appointment with you. Sprayed my windows when I asked them not to because I just had them professionally cleaned. Spoke with rep to have put in my account info and texted the technician coming to spray. Sprayed the windows anyway. Canceled my service due to dissatisfaction!!!

The service was never done as I asked. I asked for service inside and out. After complaining a few times I asked them to cancel my service and remove the fee for the service they didnt provide. They offered to redo the service I said no thank you please just remove the balance from service not provided and cancel my service. I thought it was taken care of did not receive another bill, until I got a notice from a credit agency. I will pay for work done correctly but this was a horrible experience. They start off with the usual "first one is on us" or major discount upfront. Then throughout the year, I get my service done, and then it's nearing the 12 months. I happen to mention to one of the reps that I won't be renewing and he gives me a funny look and says "make sure you call first". Alarms bells go off in my head and I call after my last service. Speaking to the rep, I ask her have I fulfilled my minimum number of treatments, and she said "yes". Next thing I know I'm being sent a notice that I canceled but I still ... read more
Ive been using Aptive for a couple of years now and today I cancelled my service. In the beginning, I had asked them to send me a paper bill and they were good about it until this June when someone in the office changed it and wanted me to pay on line without consulting with me. So, if I dont get a bill, I will not be able to pay for the services. Then, yesterday, I received a letter from their collection agency saying I have not paid my bill.
