Great customer service. I love the fact that they will easily book you for a reservice if you need to touch up. The staff is always so respectful and polite.
this is the biggest scam there is. I've tried to cancel service more than 10 times and they put you on hold for hours. they have hung up on me 4 times today I recommend you stay away the product is not good and the way they hang up on you with no care in the world . they wanna charge a fee to cancel service but will not tell you why .
Do not use this company. Their salespeople will tell you anything that you want to hear to get you to sign a contract. We were told they would treat for specific insects and signed up for quarterly treatments only to find out later that they do not treat for those specific insects and our services are obligated to occur every ****** days. Not sure how they can still be in business like this.

this company to me is a scam I had a contract for 4 sprays That I was never told about they sprayed I sill have *********** I called they charged me for a respray i had to pay 580! at the end a technician came in my house and said we can't help you then why do I pay you then they want more and turned me over to a collection agency NO HELP ANYWHERE now out 580$ and bad credit someone has to do something to stop this
I have used Aptive Envron. regularly on a Quarterly basis and for interim calls, when needed, for over two years. Their reps are professional, thorough and courteous. Service Technician ************************* helped us today with an interim service for ant problems. He addressed all problems and used appropriate spray concentrations for all the areas treated. Thanks, ****.
***** was my service provider and he was great. At the initial appointment he asked me about which pests i was most concerned about. Then he told me exactly which chemicals he would be using and all the special instructions that went along with my treatments. A side note: ***** drove all the way from ******** to treat my house in the East Bay. It's nice to see that there are still employees committed to their companies these days.************
My Aptive tech *********************************** was very polite when he arrived and made sure that he addressed all of my concerns that we discussed regarding the days service. Very mindful and thorough. Thanks so much!
Im very disappointed with this company, agent called to tell me that he was on his way ** explained to him and hat I needed to reschedule because funds were not going to be available that day, he replied dont worry I will notified the agency so you dont be charged until Friday, mind you this conversation was on a Tuesday. Next day Wednesday my bank was charge ***** plus $***** from my bank I called the company and the customer service told dont worry I will issue a refund for the month.
