I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in the service provided my Aptive Environmental. I have made multiple complaints regarding the worthless service rendered on my property to address a rat and mice problem in my backyard. My cat continues to bring half dead rats/mice into my home and is doing a better job than Aptive at addressing the problem. Service tech **** came to our townhome in ******* ** to solve a yellowjacket problem. Within ten minutes of arriving, she found where they were swarming and proceeded to not only treat the immediate area where they were, but also other locations they would move to. She then treated the entire property as part of the general service before leaving. Today ************************* came to service our home. His communication about his arrival and the services he provided was top notch. He even sent pictures of what he was doing and of any problem areas he found. Overall, we have been very satisfied with Aptive handling our pest control!

I was sold by the fast-talking young man who came to my door. I tried and tried to get rid of him, but he was a hard worker and I respected that. He also kept dropping the price and told me I could just the four treatments. None of which have worked. I still have bugs in my yard and spiders in my basement, at $150 per treatment! There's a $199 early cancelation fee so after the 4th treatment I called, ONLY to be informed that it's 4 treatments AFTER the INITIAL treatment. So why not just say 5 treatments?? I feel very misled... read more
