I was an Aptive customer years ago, left and was convinced by a door salewoman to return. I expressed that my biggest issue is ********* bees. We completed all paperwork on 5/31/22. A service tech came on 6/1/22 and I was informed they didn't treat for ********* bees. I phoned my sales person ************************* and said I wished to invoke the 3-day cancellation policy. Do not use- they are the worst company they charged me $159 for an annual fee which was ***** they keep hitting my card every month for $168 for a service that does nothing at all.They keep saying they will email me and I have had them confirm the email address and nothing has come thru as it relates to canceling the contract. This is a scam company the fact they do not have a number you can reach them at is insane. They do not even deserve 1 star

I moved away and called Aptive to let them know I was selling the property to someone else. And to discontinue my services. Per the federal trade commission in **** you do not need a reason to terminate a pest control contract. I was moving from that property as I let them know it was sold. They sent me a bill anyway, in which I called and spoke with a manager who said he took care of it and they would not bother me again. Then they sent me to collections. This place is an utter scam. The salesman said they address ALL pests, and they can find a solution if there is anything else we need.Every single time they have come out, there has been an issue where they could not perform the whole service yet still charge us the full price. Our house is full of things they insist they control - spiders, wolf spiders, ants, you name it!There have been multiple occasions when the technician doesn't even show and still sends in the report of the services "performed." The technician ************** did a great job very personable communicates very well and took care of my yard and went above and beyond making sure he covered the whole backyard I rate him 10/10!

This is a door to door scam. Do not trust this company. They show up with no truck and say thats because they are working down the street or they dont show up when they are scheduled to show up.

I am writing my review in hopes that it may help others who may want to do business with Aptive Environmental.I had been a customer of ******************** for a year and had a great experience, until I didnt. My account was switched over to ******************** was scheduled for my quarterly service and the tech told me he would come between 11A and 1P that day. This product does nothing to reduce the insects and bugs in my yard. In fact, the problem has been worse. They claimed the treatment would kill snakes. Three weeks later my gardener killed a water moccasin. I have had two applications with no observable results.Spiders, moths, mosquitos, silverfish and roaches are still here.I am NOT satisfied with this company and am cancelling and expect a refund.
