If I could give this company 0 stars I would. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Never sign up with a company before researching them first. This is a multi level/network marketing SCAM of a company. Their sales force and technicians are the ones really being scammed. Against my better judgement, and all the warning signs, I signed up with this company trying to save some money because things have been tight. Yesterday, I had an unpleasant encounter with a door to door salesman whom was trying to sell pest control services to me. When the salesman came to the door he began to talk about pest control, so I interrupted him to tell him I wasn't interested. He continued, so I mentioned again I wasn't interested. I had a screen door between us, so thinking he couldn't hear me, I opened the door and asked if he could hear me to which he responded that he could. So I said again, "I'm not interested." I was told service was quarterly. After they got auto **** information, I was switched to monthly service. Same cost per service, but billed 12 times annually instead of quarterly. I also never saw them come, have seen more bugs in the house than when I sprayed myself and have fire ants in my yard.I may well have trusted and signed a contract for something other than what I was told. Pay attention when dealing with this company.

********************, texted before arriving a bit early, which was fine with me, to complete our services. I needed our back fence to be sprayed due to visible webs and spiders. He took the time to complete the task and treated our lawn for flea prevention. I was so happy to see he had removed the webs from around the house. Thank you!!!

I am an widowed, retired, handicapped woman. The service technician and his associate stole jewelry from my home while providing pest control service. The company has yet to release the associates name for me to file a proper police report. Buyer beware not to let them in your home without full supervision.

A young gentleman came to our door as a representative of Aptive Environmental. We agreed to the service and provided a credit card but after researching discovered that the services were not necessary and overpriced. After we cancelled we were told they would perform the services at a lesser cost on two different occasions which we declined both times. We cancelled the order and did not receive any service. We tried this place out as we were looking for a pest treatment service and were sold on a treatment for rodents that was presented as a complete solution to our problem. During the initial treatment the technician informed me they do not inspect crawlspaces or basements, outside treatments only. That was fine, don't do what I need and I then moved to cancel services. I had a very bad experience with Aptive. I sent them a check which was not cashed. I was contacted and paid by credit card. I am still being harrassed by debit collectors. This company has horrible customer service and does not deserve an A rating.
