***** provided our first treatment yesterday. I was impressed with the prompt, friendly, and professional service he provided. I admit I was at first skeptical due to the door-to-door solicitation, but we already see the difference with less ants in the house which are are such a huge nuisance this time of year.
A representative came by my house this evening and came off very kind and friendly. After explaining the product I told him Id have to talk with my wife and he asked for my email, phone number and bank card so IF we did decide to proceed it would be fast and simple. I reiterated that I didnt want to sign anything until I spoke with my wife. Then when I lay in bed and start checking my emails, I found a contract from this shady company SIGNED!! Please stay far Away, they come when they want to, take money off your card with out you knowing, 500 hundreds to be exactly,they have you sign iPad for them coming out. Wondering how many people be scared. Maybe we should bring about classaction so. What the h*** do I look like paying 700 in all. Doing an awesome job! I had ground hornets and wasp everywhere. From ***** the salesman and **** doing my quarterly spray treatment, so far so good.!
The sales people for this company have been harassing families in our neighborhood for weeks now. They come door to door after 5 pm (sometimes as late as 9) which is against the law.They are rude and pushy, and get more and more so as the conversation continues. People have threatened to call the police, and some already have.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Solicits frequently in non-soliciting neighborhoods. Has no business card. Makes up names of neighbors that are using their services. The company is very shady and untrustworthy. I would suggest never giving them any of your information because who knows what they will do with it.

Aptive Environmental has the rudest sales associates. They have been knocking on my door incessantly for the last two months. They won't take no for an answer. Even when I have a No Solicitation sign on my front door they still knock. I tell them to leave and they keep talking. I literally need to walk them off my property or threaten to call the police. Very unprofessional.
