Avoid this company. I started with Aptive in May 2020. I have not had the same technician for any two treatments since I signed up. **************** phone reps are hard to deal with, except the one man I spoke with on 8/18/22 based out of ****. I asked for a district manager to call when I got no where with the phone rep. *** said she couldnt promise me that he would call but would put my request in. They are absolutely horrible. First day they showed up 45 min late. Second appointment they emailed me about never gave me a time they were coming u til 20 min before they tried to arrive I got a text message stating they would be there. Then they just show up unannounced and expect someone to be home. My husband and I endured a terrible experience with this company recently and unfortunately it continues. A door to door salesman visited our neighborhood one afternoon. He stated he was working at a home nearby and could offer us a "special" during that day. We agreed to the service and the service was performed the following day. Cancelled my treatment 3 days prior to the person coming to the house and sprayed! The company is now harassing me to pay for the treatment I told the company not to do!! At least 2-3calls a day and texts!! I would never recommend this company!!

When we had signed up with aptive we were told we could cancel at anytime without any penalty. Thats why it was so appealing to me to try them out. They lied and now told us we are stuck in a 2 year contract. Do not use them for any services. You can find plenty more credible pest companies to deal with. Very unprofessional.
Horrible customer service!!!!After using the service for a year, they completely lost all my information; i.e., account, address, name. They provide many phone numbers to contact but all go to the same place. The people who answer are unable to assist you and won't connect you to a supervisor.I got that fixed finally, and they scheduled service for me today complete with an email and text notifying me of the scheduled visit. Aptive Environmental Pest is going door to door even after dark in no solitarios neighborhoods ringing doorbells and using aggressive sales tactics to pitch their services. The sales guy wouldnt leave my porch and after I told him Id call the police left and went the next house. Too many robberies these days for companies to use these aggressive sales techniques and not honoring the no solicitation signs clearly posted in our neighborhood. I signed the contract for one year service one week ago, I called to the customer support to cancel the complete contract and they charged me after one week of starting almost $400 dollars.I am very disappointed with this company.The sales guy offered the service telling me all my neighbors has the contact service.I don't have pest in my entire home I don't need it Called to cancel and they charged me almost 400 dollars after one week of starting.
