They wont acknowledge payments and will mess up your credit score when they send you to collections for payments youve already made!They have been paid for all services rendered but sent my account to collections. People at collections are in ***** and tell me to resolve this issue with Aptive. Ive emailed Aptive proof of my payments, yet they have not responded to me nor corrected the issue. Your representative, ***********************, visited my home in *********** and did an outstanding job in his pest control treatment. He listened carefully to my requests and covered all of the bases in the performance of his work. Clearly a job well done!*******************************

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL TO HOMES AND HOME OWNERS AND DO NOT RESPECT PRIVACY OR PRIVATE SUBDIVISIONS.

They might be good but they dont show up for their appointments. Got our first service right away but for the 30-day re-service the technician showed up but it was pouring down rain even before he showed so no service. He promised he would be back the next week but never showed. I tried again to get it scheduled but once again nobody showed up. I received an e-mail survey as if he showed up. One last retry today but he missed his appointment slot. I called the office who said he was still scheduled to come. I'll update if he... read more

Have used them for over two years and paid on time. No problems. My last treatment on 7/15/22 was paid with online banking check on 7/29/22, received by and cashed by Aptive Environmental on 8/5/22 according to the bank and yet I have received no less than 4 telephone calls in past week telling me that they have not received payment. They took money from my account for a free reservice and refunded it and took it out instantly again. Twice they took money from my account for a supposedly free reservice. **************** says that to even hear from a supervisor that you'll have to fill a call back form that will take 1-2 weeks to hear back from. They have absolutely atrocious customer service. They're a door to door salesman scam. The door to door guy will tell you stuff that they don't abide by. Don't fall for it, call a ************* instead.

******* B Do not use. Never hold up to what you are paying for. Don't apply product properly. Technician, ***** lied to me about application places and refused to finish part of the job. He took down a wasp nest but left it on the ground with active insects. Won't use them and will tell the neighbors that use them still.Never the same technician and I don't think trained well.

This company does not stand behind its product/services and canceling a service requires an act of god. It took 2 phone calls and 1 email to cancel the contract. They state that they will provide a free interim service if the product fails, but they don't stand behind it and charge for every visit.

This company is a complete hoax and misrepresents the costs of the service. They will say $100 for a year of service then proceed to ask you to pay $100+ every time there is another service appointment then ask you for money to cancel. DO NOT TRUST the salespeople -- this company completely misrepresents the cost of their service.
