Wow. The nicest girl came to my door yesterday and enlightened me on their service. She explained it extremely thoroughly and when I asked if she did ********* ants / bees she said no. She was so honest and walked me through everything. The first service they performed was beautiful, getting rid of all of my cobwebs and wasp activity. Its truly an amazing service. Wouldnt ask to change anything!!!! So nice and so thorough, wish they had services for my home in *******.
**** was very polite and knowledgeable. She did a great job in our house as well as on the outside.
****** was my service tech today. He took the time to let me know he was here, asked if there was anything that needed his additional attention today and was sure to spray everything thoroughly. He checked all the bait traps and filled them, letting me know that they were empty. It was a pleasure speaking with him. Would love it if he was my regular tech. *********************** was the technician that came on August 5th, he did a very thorough job and made sure to ask me about any troublesome areas. He was very polite and personable. I hope I get him every time.
Aptive was at my house for a normal treatment, ******************* was very polite and respected my property. Did a good job of treating the outside of the house. Since I changed to aptive I've had no critters wondering around the house.
We signed up with Aptive in July. We have a wasp problem on our front porch. We were home when the first technician visited. He applied different products inside and all around the house and property. The wasps came back. We called again and a different technician came out. We were home and she applied more product on the front porch. The wasps are not gone. We called a third time for the wasp problem. We were not home and supposedly the front porch was treated again. Ignored NO Soliciting Sign and when told Door to door sales where not allowed by City ordinance he said he did not care he was not the one to get in trouble.
They are knocking on doors all over ********, including gated communities and non soliciting communities. Person who came to our house was rude and refused to leave. He had no business cards or information and made me uneasy. Had to call the police. Posted on social media with photo. Got hundreds of responses with similar experiences. Do not do business with this shady business.
