I'm not a customer & never will be. Apparently, they hire just anybody. I was at my home when one of their solicitors tried to solicit one of my neighbors but were denied. As they were walking back to the car I overheard their conversation and apparently there is a state licensing test that all the employees have to take at least three times in order to pass and continue to be an employee and receive your bonus. Extreme low quality "service", if there's any service at all, they keep scheduling new "service" and charge me for that even my contract were completed. Scam!
The Tech was excellent. Attentive to detail and very polite.
Absolutely avoid this company. Nothing but a scam! Extremely pushy salesman knocked on the door and convinced my wife to sign up for 18 months service with initial application costing $306.41. There was zero improvement after initial application. In fact it got worse. When we called to cancel the service there was $110 penalty for canceling the service that we were never told when we signed up. We had to wait for 20 minutes on the phone to speak to someone to cancel the service. When someone came on the line she was very rud... read more
This company has the worst service ever. AVOID FOR SURE. They do very substandard work and trick you into signing up for services not needed. Again, avoid them and use someone else for your pest control needs.

I would gave a 0 put I cant!! Ive have had issues with scheduling since I signed up!!! Ive sat at home all day waiting for them like today 07/25/2022 but they never show up!! Would not recommend Aptiv to anyone.not once but twice appointments were made..after taking time off work to be home so they could spray inside I was stood up.if you appreciate your time and cant afford to lose any income Id steer clear of Aptiv!
