Salesman are out ringing doors after 9pm and stomping through peoples lawns and freshly laid sod. Most kids go to sleep between 7-8pm, adults who work early in the morning often go to sleep at 9pm. If peoples lights are all out, they shouldnt be ringing their **** waking animals and everyone up. Salesman need to be trained in appropriate business hours and being respectful. **************** is nonexistent. They place you on hold until you give up. Make promises of reapplications and then never show up, leaving you waiting during their 4 hour scheduling window. Make promises to send requested technician but do not follow through. District Managers DO NOT answer calls and never return call requests left on their voicemail. A company that hooks you on a promise and fancy words, but after the first service is non-existent to help with ******** concerns. I have noticed very little difference in their professional treatment and me purchasing off-the-shelf products. They claim unlimited re-applications to treat your house but never have any appointments available unless its the regular scheduled one that they charge for. Salesman came door to door. Told us service and fees. Had us initial and sign multi-page contact on his tablet as he told us what we were agreeing to. Now we are being billed much more than we agreed to verbally. ****** learned, Never sign anything without reading completely. Salesman is a scam artist telling half truths and hurrying you to sign.
On July 18, 2022 at approximately 12:30pm a representative from Aptive Pest Control, came to my residence uninvited, Rang the **** once, We opened the door and told him we were not interested. Proceeded to close the door, This Representative rang the **** a second time, and proceeded to get into a verbal altercation with my daughter. ******* our service tech patiently explained the entire service he was going to perform. He arrived on time and called before he arrived. I had told him what the problem areas were where i had seen some ants and spiders. ******* did a thorough job and the problem is under control. Very satisfied with ******* and Aptive.
If I could give zero stars I would. We were pressured to enroll in these services by a door to door sales man. The initial application was not completed. They said they would be coming back and never did to finish the service. They were also supposed to come back within the job to ensure everything was working properly. This also did not happened. A company that requires you to sign a contract these days dont trust their service. I was suckered into a 12 month contract. I have never had issue with bugs, just wanted to keep it that way. Their appointments are never on a normal time schedule. My last one was 22 days later. My old company would come every 90 days and if I had any issues would revisit for free.
