I had a salesman come to my door, and in spite of me telling him repeatedly I do not own the property I live at, and that I am not interested in their services, he would NOT take no for an answer. From ****************** Our service today deserves 100 stars. ********* was outstanding. We had a rodent problem that came overnight. I called to get someone asap and help came the very next day. We have used Aptive for a few years and they stand behind every promise they make.

Had my scheduled treatment today with *****************************. He sent me a text ahead of schedule, letting me know when hes arriving. And he also asked if there was anything specific I needed for this session. I appreciate the great communication throughout the whole process before, during, and after.

DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY AT ALL!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! At 10:57am this morning, a "salesman" named "J#$n" ignored the "NO SOLICITING! SMILE YOU ARE ON CAMERA!" signs posted in our front yard and on our door. He opened the storm door and knocked on the door anyway (also ignoring the doorbell, which was recording him). My wife answered and he lied right off the bat and asked if he could park his truck in front of our house (I later looked at our cameras and there was no truck). She said no. A young man representing Aptive Environment visited my home today. He claimed to have made contracts with others on my block and encouraged me to lock into a group rate for a discount. After haggling over pricing he managed to offer what was a competitive price with a shorter-term contract. I was on the verge of signing the contract when I received information warning me that this company was quite questionable on many levels. I terminated our conversation and politely said goodby. Had a sales rep approach a family member beyond a gate without approval and saying he was there to complete service. We have NO service agreement with Aptive and he would not take no for an answer or leave. I finally had to get aggressive after he asked for my credit card information just to get a quote. Please beware.

I have been trying to cancel this company's service for over a month now. I have sent emails I have spoken with individuals on the phone on more than one occasion. Thy have consistently sent me text messages and emails that they are sending out a tech to service my home. I am a single mother of 3, work two jobs. Being on the phone consistently holding with this company is ridiculous. Youve received a cancellation in writing why do you continue to arrest the customer. This is unforgivable.
