Absolutely horrible company in every way shape and form. Unauthorized charges on my credit card from services never rendered and techs making their own appointments and showing up at my residence without permission. **************** does not exist with ********************! A special shout out to their mystery manager named *** (you know who you are, and wouldnt give me any contact information) who hung up the phone on me multiple times and just says okay the entire time. All work performed in a timely manner. The few ants found in our home disappeared in less than a day. Everything seems to be going great! The technician was courteous and thoughtful in answering all of my questions. Thank you!
Ive been a long time customer, ever since the company started in ******** and I get quarterly treatments. I had an issue that I wanted management to explain. They claim theyll call back ***** hours. Ive put in 8 request over 5 weeks and NO call back. Im talking to the reps over the phone I have to question the culture of the company. Im disgusted enough that I may switch companies. Im very loyal but I get nothing in return so apparently one customer doesnt matter.

Our tech, ******* was great! He was on time, friendly, and professional. He explained each step of what he was doing, answered our questions satisfactorily, instructed us to keep ourselves and any pets away from treated areas. I feel that ****** represented himself, the company any his mission very well. I would seriously rate him a 10 out of 10.
One of their area managers came knocking on my door and went into a sales pitch. I entertained it for a moment, then explained how - not only do we not have a bug issue but were not interested - he just kept going and going and went into an "assume the sale" close, asking when could they start. I yet again said, "listen, i'm not interested and i'm surprised you didn't see the 'no soliciting sign' on the door?!" This guy straight up said, "oh I did, those don't work though." Salesperson ignored our No Soliciting sign on front door on July 4th. He was way too pushy and wouldnt let me say my two cents. He lied and said he had my neighbors sign up but couldnt name any. Kept talking even after I shut the door.
