I highly recommend *******, as he is very professional, courteous, and always on time. He goes over the entire process with me, first asking if we have any concerns, then letting me know what he will be working on, and then finally showing me what he areas he covered. He is familiar with our family and our pets, so is very informative on what to be careful of. We appreciate his hard work and expertise.
Some one from this company rang my doorbell and I have a no solicitation sign. When I asked if he saw the sign he just kept trying to sell me. When I told him I was going to call his company he said go right ahead. I called and got hung up on when I told them what I wanted. Disrespectful!
Technician was beyond unprofessional. Made outright explicit sexual advances toward my wife and her two female visitors. I informed upper management of the incident and they were more concerned with how much evidence I have to prove the event took place. My doorbell cam captured the incident however the lack of accountability is an embarrassment. Great service every time. Always gets the little mud nests and cobwebs off my stucco. K Wattles helped me out most recently and performed service while I wasnt home and kept me updated with texts and phone calls. Awesome
Door to door with very shady practices. The guy stopped by while my fianc was alone with our 5 year old son. They convinced my fianc to sign up and the contract she signed was just blank screens for her initials and signatures. The guy made it sound like 1 service for 80 bucks. In reality, it was an 18 month recurring contract. On top of that- my fianc was very uncomfortable as this guy was very aggressive. Service person was prompt and very friendly. He completed all the services they promised and did a thorough job. I will definitely continue to use Aptive.
Mikah performed our initial treatment. He was very polite and professional. Very thorough as well. So far, the sales **** ******** and ***** have been great. The customer service is lacking. Very difficult to reach a customer service rep to schedule or reschedule appointments. Reps are very nice and polite, but your service (call system) is horrible.
***** did an excellent job asking where my problem areas were and making sure they were addressed.
