Had our original treatment and he said he treated for everything they said, unfortunately, we discovered more rodents in our yard about three weeks after they were here. I called to have them come back out and was told they would be here Tuesday afternoon, July 5. Long story short no one showed and when I called I got some person in another state and she was no help. ***** Behrie, treated an in the ground bee's nest this morning. Afterwards he did a thorough inspection around our house and yard to make sure there were no additional problems. He found a wasp nest near the roof that we had not noticed. We really appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness.

They overcharged me... originally told $169.00 & they charged me $199.00 twice per my bank. I called & canceled services. I later on got another charge of $169.00 to my card. I went to my bank & canceled and later tried to charge me ANOTHER time of $199.00! This company is fraudulent and very unsafe. I do not recommend. They have made 3 fraudulent charges to my account!
Do not use this company!! Their product didnt help at all!! You have 3 days to cancel your contract but supposedly it takes 20 days to start working. By the time you realize it didnt do anything, you get charged $199 on top of the initial charge of $79 (the special they were running) when you signed up. I have bugs everywhere - ants, pill bugs, earwigs, spiders - and they try to tell me they were newly hatched bugs!! No they are way to big to be newly hatched. The aggressive salespeople apparently can't read. This is the second time within a couple of weeks that this company has been soliciting in my neighborhood. Both times and both people completely ignored my very prominent No Soliciting sign and just kept on talking their BS about how they are helping this neighbor and that neighbor, making up names as they go along. Aptive salesman ignored multiple "NO SOLICITING" signs in plain view on my house and above door **** button. Claimed he did not see them. Lied about it just to sale me something.
Even Cloud my Aptive bug guy did a great job and was friendly, organized, & professional! He listened to my concerns and treated all the affected areas!
