A salesman took advantage of my elderly neighbor. He came to our door and said that our other neighbor was getting service and said he could perform services at our house while he was there. We turned him away. The next day our elderly neighbor came over and asked about our experience because the same salesman had told him that all his neighbors were receiving services. I contacted our other neighbor and it turns out they also turned the salesman away, so the guy was lying to everyone. Very dishonest.

HORRIBLE! Very pushy salesman when they come knocking on your door. I can understand that, you're a business and need customers. But they over promised their product. My wife was the one who talked to them since I was at work but we have an ant problem in our yard. The salesman told us that it will help get rid of all the ants. The ants may come back after the initial spray but that's because of hatchlings which they'll come back in spray for. I would give the 0 stars if that were and option. As stated by many others, this was a high power sales job to get me to sign up for an annual contract. The Company came for the initial service. They then told me they don't do anything on the second story. There was little or no inspection done. I called them back because I still had rodents and bugs. They came for a follow up treatment, They refilled the rodent bate boxes. I still had rodent issues and had to use my own stuff to get them away from my house. They scheduled a... read more

Salesman offered pest control services for a fee on a quarterly basis. During the sales offering he stated we could ask for a revisit at any time between quarterly treatments at no charge.I signed a contract that was over 10 pages long. Was not told that in fact I was signing up for 6 to 10 treatments a year instead of the offering of 4 quarterly treatments. Had sales guy come by today. Said was doing neighbor's house. i asked you doing theirs to confirm what i heard. Told him his company was not because they had moved out a while back. Don't lie to try and get business. Would never do business that would lie to your face. And seeing reviews from other people, wish people would check BBB or online reviews before signing with a company. Especially with door to door sales.

I would give this company 0 stars but apparently you can't. I would never recommend aptive to anyone. They scheduled us numerous times and the service agent never showed up. We weren't even given the courtesy of a call. Very unreliable and unprofessional people. Avoid at all cost.
