The salesman are pushy. They also ignored our no soliciting signs and no trespassing signs on our property and proceed to ring our doorbell to tell us to switch companies. I do not appreciate the disrespect from the salesman who choose to ignore our signs. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I had an appointment yesterday 8/3. No one was going to be in the house, and I would prefer someone be there when the tech comes, so when I noticed there was movement from my camera doorbell I saw there was a tech. I talked with him before he could begin the treatment and requested that it be re-scheduled for next week Thursday when someone should be at the house. This PEST CONTROL company does not control anything! I do not understand that I cannot cancel my contract with them for something they cannot do and say that they can do? If you are a pest control company, control the pest! Stop trying to sell a product that you can't provide. After the initial treatment and tell you that they will come quarterly, they show up 20 days later and then spend 5 mins there and still charge you $200 for that? This warning on Aptive_Environmental pest control has been a long time coming. In May, their technician stole and pawned my sons PS5. We have proof it was him. His name and photo on the id used to **** it match what was sent to us when he was coming out. I was on a call in my office, he unplugged it from upstairs, when he was supposed to be putting traps in the attic, walked through the living room and out the garage. They have guys out knocking on doors at 8:30 pm in our subdivision trying to sell their services (and our subdivision clearly says no solicitation). The is no reason that they should have someone out at 8:30 pm trying to solicit business -- would never use this company.

So far so good. We signed up for service in the greater Seattle area. It has just been 2 months, but I just talked to a customer service person who was very pleasant and helpful. I have seen some black ants in the house that I never saw in the previous 12 years living here. She reminded me that the quarterly service I pay for includes a tech returning for additional treatments at no additional cost if needed. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They started out well and I was happy. In July 2022 they came out for my quarterly service. The technician came out and all he did was spray for roaches and said he couldn't treat outside because it had rained and someone would call to reschedule for the services he didn't do. No one called and they still charged me for services I didn't get. They refused to refund me the money because they said my only option was to reschedule. I get quarterly service visits from Aptive. It seems like it's a new technician each time. Most recently, *********************** performed the service. He was very friendly, and made sure that any specific concerns were addressed. We hope to see him next time.**********
