Came door to door and unfortunately my husband answered. He thought it would be a good idea to get rid of the ants I was complaining about but didn't ask me first. They came several times, did nothing but walk around with a stick, and left. Charged for each visit, then when I insisted my husband cancel, they charged $199 cancellation fee and immediately sicced debt collectors on us. Huge scam, never trust them. What a waste of money.

Constant, endless door-to-door solution DESPITE a no solicitation sign. Twice in one day alone with a no solicitation sign in the center of the door. They stop by several times a week (again, despite the sign). I've said no every single time. I do not understand why their company thinks this will get the sales. At this point, I'm telling everyone to stay away from them. They will annoy the heck out of your neighbors.

Horrible customer service, to expense for what is done, late for appointments or no show, billed for full work when no one even entered my home. Now cancelling service and they want to **** me $199 for an early termination fee which I didn't even know existed. I've called customer service and they've disconnected me two times and once the person had her TV blaring in the back ground. I feel this company is a scam and I would not recommend doing business with them.

Pushy sales guys came to our door and berated my wife for ***** minutes. When she told them she wasnt going to sign anything right now they wouldnt take no for an answer and kept pushing. Interrupting my familys dinner time. She texted me the salesmans number to get in touch and when I called he was extremely rude. I wound up hanging up and I immediately received 27 phone called from 2-3 different numbers as well as texts and face time requests. Door to door sakes by teens. Trying to basically talk their way into homes. Someone needs to report them to the police. In ********* for sure. Plus my neighbor says they are spraying water in his yard. Nothing has happened that they promised. They come in our neighbor because a lot of older people own homes here. So sad.

Deceptive business practices. High pressure sales person came to our front door, had my wife sign a contract on an I-Pad and lied to her about some of the items in the contract. Hello, Last year 2021 , some one from Aptive came and knocked my door and asked to enroll and i declined but he was trying to convince me saying my neighbors signed (actually they are not later when i talked to them) and i signed up for a year to get away from spiders and telling them that i want to try only for this year and i don't want auto renewal. This company is horrible. Their sales associates are rude, pushy and aggressive. They come to our house multiple times, even after we have said no. They ring our doorbell at 9pm- if we don't answer they knock multiple times. One time, my husband told the salesmen we were not interested and the sales associate got upset and started arguing with my husband. My husband went to shut the door and he tried to stop him from shutting the door.
