DO NOT USE APTIVE.First of all, their sales team is incredibly pushy and use manipulative tactics. Second, their treatments do not work and are incredibly overpriced. The techs they send out are not thorough and we still have bugs. Third, their customer service staff is totally confused and have provided us with inaccurate information multiple times. 283 dollars I've spent so far havnt seen any dead bug or rodents. I watch the tech. He treated my front door area and the base of my fondation, but only the front of my house. He spray a couple of spots in the front yard and left. Was supposed to treat entire exterior of my home and entire yard. What a rip-off. Currently going to ********** to purchase insecticide to treat my on yard and home. I do not recommend these rip-off artist. They may have consciousness employees that actually do their job but I haven't met on yet. I... read more

********************************* has gone above and beyond at our home on a few occasions now. He even dumped out and helped me discard an old water play toy that was probably attracting mosquitoes, knocked down big spider webs in the garagehe looks for the problems source. He displayed superb professionalism and is just so likable! Oh and he is super sonic fast! Thank you *******!**************

I recently scheduled to have them come out. They originally told me **** on a Monday. 3 comes around and nobody shows. I call back to let them know and then they tell my window was 1-5. I wait a few more hours and still nothing. I call back and they struggle to schedule one for the next day but told me it will be **** the next day. Tuesday comes and nothing. I would like to say I really enjoyed meeting my tech ****** He was most professional, polite, and answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable way. I am requesting that he return as my tech for the remaining sessions on my contract. I am most comfortable having him preform the treatments. I had not hear of Aptive prior to my neighbors using this service and their representative had knocked and introduced himself and their service and i agreed to try the pest service. ***** came out today and i couldn't be more pleased.

Tried scamming my wife into believing she signed a contract when she never signed anything. Their sales tactics are full of lies and deception. They will tell you your neighbors are *************, when they are not. They try to lock you into a long term contract. They schedule appointments when you haven't agreed to any. I would run them off my property at first chance.

We had to call in Aptive a week before our scheduled service due to ants. *************************** was our service tech and was very friendly and helpful. He made sure to ask what issues we were having and took the time to address each one. We really appreciate him being so attentive and thorough.

Had the service for a while. It was OK. Still had considerable insect issues. Cancelled a few months back. Today a salesman rings the doorbell at 6:45 pm and starts his speech. Immediately my wife politely says no thank you and he just gets louder and keeps going. She politely says no thank you again and shut the door. I see him stand there for a long pause and then mouth something. Had our original treatment and he said he treated for everything they said, unfortunately, we discovered more rodents in our yard about three weeks after they were here. I called to have them come back out and was told they would be here Tuesday afternoon, July 5. Long story short no one showed and when I called I got some person in another state and she was no help. Told me that the next Tuesday was the first appointment. Did not believe that, was put on hold for forever. Now we are seeing spider webs all around our front d... read more
