Aptive stole money from our checking account. Our contract stated we were suppose to get our home and grounds sprayed for insects every 3 months. Aptive was suppose to call us before they come so we could close our blinds and windows because I have asthama . They came to spray our home on May 2022. The next day they withdrew $129,00 from our account. Our bills are set-up to cover their services every 3 months. In June we had an overdraft in our account in the amount of $129.00. If I could leave zero stars for this company, I would. I had the absolute worst experience with Aptiv. I came very close to reporting this company as scam/fraud, because that is what most aligns with my experience. While I believe they might be a legitimate company, they are not one you should do business with.The sales professional that sold me the pest control package left out many detials that were not disclosed to me until the time of my first service.
