Aptive was treating my neighbor's property and I asked the "area manager" to have someone call me to quote services as I had an appointment and would not be home. Ten minutes later, the sales person rang the doorbell. Persistent, persistent, persistent although I said I had to leave. We have two property and I needed my rental serviced ASAP. Showed up an an elderly relative's home and the salesperson SET UP AN EMAIL ACCOUNT IN HER NAME AND ASSIGNED A PASSWORD TO THE ACCOUNT!!!!!!! (Only email ever received on this account is from Aptive) My relative does not own any type of device with which she can check emails (no computer, no smart phone, no text capability). No agreement was ever emailed to my relative. No cancelation policy was ever emailed to her. **** was sent to her via email ONLY. (I help pay her bills, so I know none was ever received). Normally when I leave a review, it is for excellent service. In this case I had to leave a review to warn potential future customers about this company. They have the worst customer service, they either never show up or call to reschedule and then don't come again. There is not a main phone number to get in touch with anybody locally. The representatives are incredibly rude and apathetic. Basically, do not use this company! The first visit they only did the house, they were supposed to do fence to fence according to the agreement. Had to call for another visit where he did ok. Second month they didnt show up at all. I called, was on hold for 20 minutes and was told the appointment was canceled, by the technician. I was not informed of this. I called to cancel my contract, on hold for 17 minutes. They froze my account but told me I had to talk to the ****************** to close the account. They were not available. I got a SPAM call 2 hour later... read more

My name is ************** Aptive technicians are always pleasant and explain what they are spraying and why. This month, ****** was in communication with me early before the appt and was willing to adjust around other workers we had onsite. Everything worked out and I received the high quality service I always expect, with his full explanation and care.

I just placed a review and forgot to add that ************************* came over today and did a great job on my yard. As noted before, I always get a heads up from Aptive a few days before they come over both by text and email. ***** even braved my popup greenhouse to spray for wasp nests and I truly appreciate that. Always great work from this company. Thanks Aptive and thanks *****

*************************** did a great job on my yard Today he, Sprayed lawn for crawling pest. Sprayed trees/rose bushes for aphids. Sprayed exterior foundation for crawling pest. Bait stations did not need replacement at this time.
