Company showed up to house, ignoring no solicitation signs, then proceeded to tell me neighbors names who use their service. Neither neighbor whose name was given is a customer, or has been a customer. This is an extremely shady tactic from an extremely shady company! The fact that you would blatantly lie to try to get customers to sign a contract should be enough to tell you not to do business with them. I have had Aptive service for several years, from my old location to the present one. The company has done a great job providing service.

Love this service! The technician today was ***************************. He left me a detailed description of all that was fine today including photos. Ive been thrilled with Aptive from the very beginning!
Junior came out this morning for our first treatment. He texted before he got there and was even early and asked if that was ok. He was thorough and kind and informative. I forgot to mention a particular issue at one of our trees and he came back to spray it. Highly recommend so far simply based on kindness, respect and honesty. Ill know in a month if the product is as amazing as the people have been.
