Salesperson comes to your home. Said the first treatment is only *****. However when you try to cancel they charged me $389.00, so the ***** the first treatment was actually not true. They evidently require so many treatments. Beware of their billing practice and read all the fine print before you sign. The lady I first spoke with said my cancellation fee would only be $179.00.

***** C from Aptive ********* was very knowledgeable and personable, spent time to understand my concerns and explained when he was finished what he had done to help with the issues. We are very happy with todays service. This was our first one. Thank you!

I have treated my yard and 4 dogs for flees but can't get rid if them so I called Aptive out twice in 2 weeks, they charged me over $200 but I still have a flee problem. They will charge me again if they come out again but they are not taking care of the problem.

I took a chance on Aptive who solicited me through my front door. I never felt pressured to buy. I decided to try it and have been well pleased. They are very good at communicating and do a great job. I have used Aptive for over a year quarterly. Recently I found a giant spider in my bedroom so I called for them to come out and spray inside. The guy (not sure what his name was but he was very tall, young and African American. He was clean polite and did a great job. I was charged for a service that was never done. Service person knocked on door and announced his presence then I watched from a window as he got in his truck and drove away. Total time, maybe 3 minutes. No, he did not come back. I have not gotten any response from customer service with my complaints.

This is a fraudulent business. They made promises and did not deliver.
