My husband and I decided to give it a try. Our specialist ***************************** came out and explained everything step by step to us. He was very informative. This review has nothing to do about the services this company provides but about how they solicit customers. I had a young man from Aptive come to my house one afternoon , my husband was home working, we have a ring doorbell and he did not answer. Fast forward 2 days later at 9:00 AT NIGHT -he comes back and this time keeps ringing the **** and starts knocking persistently. My dog is going nuts , I answer and tell him not interested . I said you were here days ago as well , he said oh so you chose not to answer , I said yes.... read more
