While the service is good, an account cancellation is made nearly impossible. I've called multiple times to have my account cancelled (no longer going to own the property they service) and each time the story is exactly the same. "Thanks for calling, let me put you through to the customer loyalty department...." 15 seconds later they will come back with "sorry, our loyalty department is very busy at the moment, they will contact you later." The young man who came was wonderful! Very thorough and polite. He came yesterday. I dont remember his name.
The tech, *****, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He addressed my concerns, especially those relating to my cats, and my butterfly farming area. He explained everything before beginning work. He cleaned the ***** where needed. He was efficient and thorough. I am pleased.

I have a contract with Aptive, they came by the house on a regular basis and on September 2021, they came and left and never came back. I called, I left messages, I talked to automated systems, and I even talked to several sales people, but they kept my money and never came back. The violated the terms of their own contract, kept my money and we were never able to get them to come back. Now they are back in town knocking on my neighbors doors asking for their business.
