***************************** at Aptive went above and beyond for me. He explained the process, sprayed the inside of my garage, left glue pads and did the entire outside of my home. ****** who is outstanding is now a service lead. I miss him but ***************************** is doing a great 10 job in his place.
EXTREMELY pushy and rude! Came 3 days in a row, once past 8pm!! Refused to leave my property when repeatedly told I wasn't interested. Continued to try to push sales pitch until I told him I would call the cops. I should've released my dog instead. I can't understand how a polite "not interested" is an invitation to continually harass someone! Even after I kept cutting him off saying "No. Please leave. No. Leave my yard." I appreciated his advice as we walked through the house and the property, and especially felt heard and understood when asking questions and mentioning my general concerns with pest control (for example, pet friendly products, etc.) Also highly competitive pricing.
