I have a contract with Aptive, they came by the house on a regular basis and on September 2021, they came and left and never came back. I called, I left messages, I talked to automated systems, and I even talked to several sales people, but they kept my money and never came back. The violated the terms of their own contract, kept my money and we were never able to get them to come back. Now they are back in town knocking on my neighbors doors asking for their business. We had just started with Aptive 3 weeks ago and needed some additional help with a persistent vole problem. They promptly set up a visit with their technician, ***. We were his first call of the day, he sent us a text advising his arrival time, he was very polite, respectful, concerned and professional. While surveying the issue he explained his plan with detail about the various steps taken. He offered to follow ** in 3 weeks to be sure all was proceeding as planned. He did a great job for us and his companys reputation!
I've been having Aptive services for some time now. ***** came today and did an excellent job, sweeping and spraying the *****, spraying the front and back lawns, the front porch, back patio, and around windows and doors. He also put ant bait around the house. I'm very pleased with his service.
Greatly appreciated ********* service today. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and considerate. Arrived exactly as he said he would. Explained service and reminded me not to let my pups into the yard for at least 45 minutes. 3rd time he has serviced our home. I hope hes the one we always have!

We've been very satisfied with the service we have been receiving from Aptive. Today's tech, Jawann was very courteous and polite. He was very understanding of our situation and communicated with us very well.
Pleased with the service we receive from Aptive. Todays technician, ******** ST.Esprit, did a thorough job. We requested she spray a certain area around our patio, and she took care of it. She had a pleasant smile and a pleasing personality. Something that is appreciated during this chaotic age we are living in today.
