First visit from the company and we were completely satisfied with the Tech **** ,, she completely explained all about the service we should expect , she was very knowledgeable and answered our questions.
I was very very disappointed is this company. I had a scheduled appointment from ****P and the technician call me this morning and stated that he was finishing up a job and he would arrive at my home in 20 minutes. That was at 9 am, I cleared it and no one never showed up at my residence. no phone call to say we r running behind schedule nothing!!!!I call the customer service to see if this is how they operate. I was recently contacted and was about to be a new customer of ********************. We were completely surprised that when the technician arrived he informed us that they do not treat for black or ********* ants. During the sales pitch the previous day we were repeatedly reassured that our black ant issue would be resolved by treating nests etc. on the entire property; as that is our only major issue.
