I have a contract with Aptive in ***********, **. They kept spraying my home to get rid of ants and I had no results over 3 weeks. This has been going on for 2 months. I had to get rid of them myself. Not only that, they were suppose to help rid of roof rats but they only used small traps and glue, the other companies who inspected our home shook their heads. They want to continue service even if Im not pleased with the company and showed no positive results. How is that even right?
This company seems a little shady. We had an unexpected emergency and needed to cancel our initial appointment (6/10/2022) so I called and was on hold for nearly 20 minutes. Upon speaking with ****** I was ensured that my appoint would be cancelled and my card removed from the account. I was also advised that I would receive an email immediately. he advised that he was sending the email as we spoke. I haven't received that cancelation email yet.
5 stars for Carlo St ****! Carlo did the first treatment around the house as well in the house. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, giving me confidence that I made a very good decision going with Aptive Environmental. I would really recommend him and his company.*****
