Good and effective service. The people who service out residence have been really nice. Shout out to *********************** who recently provided the service and did a fabulous job. He has an infectious smile that goes with super nice demeanor.
***** is the best technician. He is thorough and listens to concerns. Aptive is so responsive and has great customer service.
Enrico did a thorough job of treating the inside and outside of our home for pests.

Originally established a service agreement with Aptive in Oct 2021 with service dates in Oct, Jan, Apr and Jul. They tried to come early in December. I had to reach out and reschedule twice, because they try and come out to complete the service early. The last service is supposed to be scheduled for July 2022. I've emailed, called and chatted with a representative and have received no response to requests to reschedule. The techs that have come out have been great and did a thorough job. ***** is professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. He explained the work he accomplished, including replacing the mouse traps in my garage. His comprehensive service report bears this out. I hope to see him in future service treatments.
My service technician, ****** Knot, called me prior to arriving allowing me time to corral my dogs and inform my work peers I will be stepping away from the conference call to attend a personal matter. She was attentive to my 2 problematic concerns and made a few suggestions. She also called into to one of her fellow work peers to validate her plan of action and ensure this was the best plan of action.
