Today we had ******* from Aptive environmental performing a pest control Service, very profesional and courteous we really appreciated his service.Thank you.
Nikye, our tech, is very informative and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and what our contract includes and does not include. He then set off to spray our yard for ticks, fleas, etc. and sprinkle around our foundation. There really was not any spiderwebs or bees or bugs on our exterior so his first visit was fairly quick. He set 3 sticky traps in our garage and 2 bait boxes outside. Overall, Nikye did a great job and was very personable!
The aptive technician introduced himself by his first name, *****. He appeared to be very knowledgeable on pest control standards and the current protocols of the company he worked for.
My technician, jahmiere ****, was polite and took the time to explain everything he was going to do. Then when he was done he went over it again and asked if I had any questions. Professional and courteous - great combination.
I wouldve tried, but sales guys ignored the NO SOLICITING sign and pushed with the relentless sales pitch. You might do a good job, but not thrilled with the hard sell.
*********************************** performed his job like a professional. ********* explained everything he was going to do then executed his plan. He was very thorough when explaining how important it was to keep the dogs out of the freshly sprayed areas and advised me about any areas of concern.********* was friendly and courteous. Excellent job.
