Our service yesterday by ************************* was amazing. He was on time, polite, and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and worked efficiently to make sure all our needs were met. Thank you Aptive. ***************
Today **** from Aptive sprayed our house. He went above and beyond and did an awesome job. Found 2 black widows by our pool, knocked down all the million spider webs around the house and just was so amazing. He has our service for life! He was so helpful, friendly and did an excellent job! So thankful my babies are safe from all the creepy crawly things now!
******************************* performed his work very thoroughly. He explained everything he did in a professional manner. He seemed to care about handling all of our houses bug issues.
Pathetic service and worst customer service experience. This company talks money first. They sell it coming door-to-door and provide worst service ever and when trying to cancel, first they are not very responsive and on top of it they charge money for it. Totally fraud of a company. Please request your friends and family to stay away from APTIVE !!
Another salesman ***** blatantly ignoring no soliciting signs has been harassing the neighborhood all day. Been to our house twice today, ignoring signage and knocking and ringing doorbell both times.
I was misled about the actual cost The original service date was requested to be performed 2 weeks after the initial sales date of 6/15/2022 The contract was improperly dated. THE ACTUAL DATE OF TRANSACTION WAS not 6/14/2022. The front page of the Service Agreement clearly shows 6/15/2022. 06/21/2022: Recently, I have renewed my contract with Aptive after receiving not the best service. After the renewal, I scheduled a visit to perform the pest control services. No one showed up. I waited between 1 and 5 pm and not only no one showed up but also no one bother to call let me know that no one will show up for the appointment.
