For 14 months during 20*****16, Aptive sales reps came to my door regularly even after being asked not to. I was home on medical leave due to pregnancy and had a difficult time getting to the door. If I didn't answer the door, the reps would stand at my door for ***** minutes, alternating between ringing my door **** and pounding on the door. What they don't tell you is they do quarterly services every 2 months in order to get more money from you. Service wasn't bad but that is crazy. If you want to go to a truly quarterly service, you have to manage it your self by telling them no to their appointments.

APTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. They will lure you in with a great sale's pitch, but when it's time to deliver BEWARE! Their pesticides have NOT WORKED to keep my VERY CLEAN HOUSEnot an apartment, but a detached house sitting on a half acre of landfree of cockroaches and spiders! Their "techs" are random people, some of which have zero experience on treating pest. This house was empty when I moved into 8 months ago. Whoever lived here took very good care of it. Service rep was very thorough and attentive to my needs for extra concerns - such as spider webs in the light fixtures. **** was very friendly and respectful and I enjoyed talking with him.

The door to door sales rep that has been sent to the Silver Canyon neighborhood is rude and disrespectful. He has the nerve to continue to knock after being told no and then, worse, argues with you. Im not the only one whos had this experience. He literally yelled at me, telling me I needed pest control. Called customer service to file a complaint, they literally just bounced me around til they closed.

Aptive is the worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to, so called, ********** Their salesperson lied to me about my purchase and the company claimed falsely that I signed up for an **************************** $149 for each time they decided I needed a service of which I never wanted.I only signed up for Mole control at a one-time $149 seasonal purchase. I have had to tell this company 4 times that I have a pest company and theyre services are not needed. They canvas on hoverboards and are trained to stare at you and hold eye contact while they smile through their conversation is an incredibly uncomfortable way. They will come back and and try to finish their pitch if you close the door on them after asking them to leave. Absolute harassment.
