He was polite and explained in detail what he was to do. He also listened attentively to all my story, concerns, and request to get rid of the beetles invading my property. This is a SCAM !! They will cost you hundreds of dollars and you will still have pests; the biggest being the company and their seedy door to door salesman. If they come knocking, DONT Answer. ****************** , **

Aug 5 2022. Quoted one price and came out with another that was higher than originally quoted. Shame on you ******!

On our second service, the tech never got out of the van. My husband asked him not to, said we would reschedule. Later that day we received an email with an invoice for $130 for services performed. Called customer service, and after a lot of back and forth, we were told we would not be charged. The rep ***** seem interested in helping us, only rescheduling the service. The next day we were charged. Called again and we were told a refund would be issued in 7 days. Ten business days later, still no refund. So I once again call... read more

2 times I called the cooperate office to complain about the sales people telling customers that the current pest control company they are using is filling bankruptcy and or in trouble with the **** This happened last year and again this year. The cooperate office an made no attempts to resolve this and the next step may be legal action.

their representative came to my door, ignoring a "no soliciting" sign. When he took a breath during his patter, I pointed to the sign and told him that he was inappropriately soliciting at my home. He just continued his canned speech. I closed the door on him since it was clear that he wasn't going to actually interact with me unless it was to make a sale. If a company's representatives can't respect the sign on my door they will never have my business.

Highly aggressive door to door salesmen. They will not go away when you tell them you are not interested. Multiple complaints in my neighborhood yesterday. They lie and tell you that your neighbor sent them to you. They lie and tell you they are not selling anything so your no soliciting signs mean nothing. Would never do business with a company that allows this type of behavior. We have recommended that nobody answer their doors to these slimeballs.

Abusive and vindictive sales staff in the ***** office. They were selling in our neighborhood and had very uncomfortable interactions with several women in the neighborhood. Personally, my wife told them no and they kept trying, I had to come to the door and told them no and he kept trying. I finally had to tell them to get the... off of the property. He had very choice words all the way down the driveway. I can only assume their service is just as representative as their sales teams.

Awful. I signed up July 5, 2022. Today is August 4, 2022, and they have come out for the third time. Their product does NOTHING. Plus, two of the 3 technicians who came didn't even do an entire treatment. The one who came today, was out of his van for a total of 1 minutes **** He walked through the yard and sprayed one line and left. He didn't even go to one side of the house, didn't even get close to our patio. They also sell you with a pitch saying ants, spiders are under warranty and then charge you to come back out.
