My wife and I have been Aptive customers for nearly six years and have had only positive experiences with them. Today's experience was no different. Service tech **** was called to deal with a wasp nest in our home's (******* **) foundation. She arrived on time, explained how she was going to treat the problem, and proceeded to thoroughly eradicate the nest. On 08/24/2022 We were approached by an Aptive salesperson at a time we were considering pest control solutions. All seemed well, his practiced speech was delivered perfectly. Since we needed the service anyway, we decided to go ahead with the 1 year contract. However, we needed to wait 2 weeks to get started with service due to finances. No problem the salesperson says. They laid and said satisfying genteel and the **** time I been telling them it have not been working. Made so many complaints. I was informed a manager/supervisor will call buy I never talk to anyone. Told them I'm not happy with their service after many time coming back but no improvement. ************************* was our service technician today. He was great! Messaged to see if he could come a little early on this scorcher of a day. He and the other techs that have come out have been very friendly and personable. The products thought seem to be less effective. We started with some spiders, and now we have LOTS of spiders. I call the number for reservice every couple weeks, after the time they say it should be effective and killing them off, and they are always happy to come reservice, so we will keep trying... read more
Would have gave a negitive. They will not honor commitments and will change you day if service without discussing it. If you hire them, stay on top of them and make aure they spend the time doing their job. Plenty of time they were in and out within 15 to 20 minutes *** **** square foot house and **** acre lot. I have attempted to cancel services with Aptive Environmental by calling in. The call center agent does not have the capability of cancelling service. They said their manager has to call me, which they have not. I have attempted this three times. Needless to say they manager has not called me back to confirm cancellation of service. ************** Absolute sh*t company. Specifically got them to treat a cicada killer problem and the salesman assured us they would...moving forward, treated twice, in the meantime we had a hornets nest, then TWO wasp nests, the cicada killers were more prolific than ever, a beetle outbreak, and then an ant infestation in the kitchen. This company does deceptive sales practices in a door-to-door pressure sales approach. They referenced activities that that the company was not doing. Additionally, they indicated capabilities to address certain bugs that once the Technician arrived - indicated that it could not address. And they even fail to offer all options in service agreements, whizzing past any cheaper application or service choices, just to get you to commit to more expensive plans.
