We signed up for aptive with a 6 visit service agreement in 12mos. We live in ** and they can to spray for bugs on a -15degree day. In the middle of January. One day I was home when they were here and they left in less than 10min and I knew there was no way they did all they said they did. I called and cancelled our service and knew we had a couple still to go before our 6 were finished and that was fine. The technician *************************** was very professional, thorough, and explained everything very well.
Stay away, the company will charge you a cancelation fee different than what is quoted during your sales visit. The products do not work, I had them come back out on a number of occasions and no better results. I was charged for the last visit for $149.00 even though I called to cancel the same day.
What do I think?? It was the worst. No communication, sloppy treatment - sprayed something at my front door. I'm done with them when my contract is up.

Stay away from they have no follow-up service or communication skills. Do not sign contract. My initial appointment yes you are on time however here it is end of day and you still have not called me back showing up or made any efforts to make my follow-up appointment do yourself a favor don't sign the contract and stick with your current Pest Control this place doesn't care
Terrible company. Didn't notice any change in how many spiders we were seeing. Seems like they didn't do anything at all. I said no to the sales guy a bunch of times explaining I would be moving but didn't know when yet (trying to buy a house before my current lease was up) and he assured me it would not be a problem canceling.
