The technician was thorough and courteous. Came within the scheduled time slot.
Only first service was good. Next was horrible. Last time they spend probably 2 minutes on my property. When I call and ask to cancel service they told me I have to pay 200$ for canceling because it was 24 month contract. I'm not even sure I've been told about this before. It is a scam don't fall for this.
I have had this service for over a year and have seen little to no reduction in insect/spider activity. I have repeatedly informed Aptive of the issues with no improvement in the results. The on site personnel are friendly, however, the process Aptive employs is completely ineffective and I would not recommend them to anyone.Further, their telephone support is hit and miss. Aptive rep came to my door and told me how great Aptive is . After my first spray I still have bugs.They don't spray my garage but put down cardboard boxes that is to catch bugs. Had to go in my house due to all the bugs cant sit out.I would not recommend this company to no one. They charge my two neighbors less money the me why we all have the same size house.
History of no show and no notification. Unprofessional and unreliable.

They will come back anytime you call them (if a new bug problem arises) in between services and spray or do what needs to be done at no extra charge! Don't EVER listen to one of these scam artists when they say you can cancel whenever you want. It's BS. I'm moving out of my home, and when I went to cancel they said it's a $190 cancellation fee. Of course this was berried in the document I signed, so I'm out $190.
