Tech **** came to our property to service a wasp problem. He was thorough in treating the area, told us what to expect, and was very professional in his attitude and servicing of our property.

Over charged for service, I was set up on automatic payment, however they would deduct money monthly. I found my contract was to be billed quarterly. The man that came out to spray charged my bank almost $400.00 without authorization. When I called to find out why account was charged without authorization he said because I had my credit card on file. I had been charged ****** monthly he said it was incorrect and would check to see if my funds would be returned. I canceled my service with no refund to my account.

The ants came marching in once construction next door started and my house looked more favorable for them. I contacted Aptive and the next business day I was contacted, and an appointment was made. ***************************** came to service my house he gave me a text 30 mins before arrival, upon arrival he asked about my specific issue and a plan of action was made. Very happy with ******* promptness and friendly manner and service propvided. Well done!

if i could i would have given negative stars, ************ uses aggressive door to door sales tactics and makes up bs which i fell for (my mistake), their service is not even worth 15$, they didn't spray all part of home as promised or clean the spider web as they promised me earlier during signing, new spiders started to come at the same spot after they treatment. This looks a scam which i paid 89$ for.

********************************* did a very thorough job treating my property for ants and I feel he really understood the problem I was having with ants. He made sure to treat the entire outside of my home, as well as the perimeter of my property. I am very happy with the service ******* provided.

Beware. They trap you into a contract and then you are stuck. They make if extremely difficult to cancel. While still under contract, they scheduled a service for February in sub-zero weather. I called and politely asked that the service be postponed to spring because I had no pests in winter and didn't want chemicals sprayed on the snow around my house for no reason. They told me that I could not postpone the service. I offered to pay out the contract (if they didn't spray) but they said that my contract required that they ... read more
