****** from Aptive serviced my home this morning, great service, thorough and asked about my specific needs. Very professional technician.
I have been a customer of ******************** for about a year now and they are thorough, on time and fast and friendly, they use multiple channels to let you know they were there and *** who came today even posted pictures which is very much appreciated since I wasnt home. Definitely recommended!
I was told aptive could not service my area so I cancelled the service. When I called back later the customer service said they could come out for service. I spoke to cs and told them to send me a bill. I called today as I beleive the total is incorrect. I have had a monthly amount taken out of my accout for years. In the past their accounting was incorrect. Today I called and spoke to ****** She said the bill was $170. I said the amount is incorrect. I paid $38 each month for the quarterly service.
