Ever since I started having Aptive service my house I have not seen a single BUG!! ***** my account manager with Aptive is extremely responsive to any issue and is always checking in to see if I am happy with the service or if there are any issues. Then **** who recently serviced my house was absolutely awesome! **** was extremely courteous, pleasant and very knowledgeable at the work he was doing. If you have an issue with bugs the I highly recommend Aptive!!
**** serviced our house today and did a fine job. He spoke with me in person and asked if there were any issues inside the home that needed tended to and explained what he did outside. **** was very friendly.
I have been an Aptive customer for a few years now. They are always prompt and professional. Today, my service tech ***************************** was about to leave when I remembered an area where I saw some black widows. I told him about it, and he went back to his truck, got the spray out again, and sprayed the area. Plus he was very polite and did it all with a smile.
This place will sell you a plan for 4 visits a year every 3 months at $149 per visit. Then theyll show up every 60 days and your years worth of pest control will turn into 8 months, or youll end up paying for 2 extra visits. Very shady! Beware!
Aptive customer service is despicable. My elderly father suddenly died from undiagnosed cancer 3 months after signing up for their monthly treatments and only ever had one appointment. Despite contacting 2 account reps that were communicating with my dad via email to ask about what type of service they provided and to inform them he had passed, they carried on, business as usual, emailing him with appointment reminders and ignoring my emails and voice messages. This place is a scam! Quoted one rate for thorough monthly treatment internal and external for one year contract. First treatment on the spot. Showed up second month, then never again. Continue to receive monthly charge for double the amount quoted. **************** is lacking and will not assist!
Aptive is a superior company - truly focused on delivering a quality product at a fair price with a skilled and friendly staff.Today we had a treatment application performed by ****. We were texted prior to his arrival, advising he'd be onsite within an hour. And he was. **** was by far, the best technician we've had in years. VERY thorough as noted in his service notes. **** also has a very friendly outgoing personality. You need to figure out how to clone him!
Three months ago, an Aptive technician broke a light fixture in my crawl space. Aptive said they would fix. I've called and emailed and texted regarding this issue and keep getting no response. They keep sending technicians out for service even though I've cancelled them. You can't get anyone to respond or make this right.
Our tech *************** was great .. pre called and on time.. took care of all our needs..
