I can't speak about the service itself, but if it's represented by the solicitation for their service one star is accurate. ********* knocked on our door at 9:15PM and was completely arrogant and took a few times to tell him it was a terrible time before he left. Neighbors complained about him as well. I did call our police department this morning and 8PM is the latest to solicit in my city, and this company was not licensed to solicit. Blatantly disregarded no solicitation sign, and was not forthcoming about why they were at my door

I have been a customer of ****************** for quite some time. They always do a good job but this time the technician did an excellent job. So good a job, I thought she deserved a special note of appreciation. The technician was named ***** and she was out of the ******** office. She took time to stop and inform me on what she was doing, what the impact to the yard would be, what I needed to be aware of concerning my pet dog. Highly unprofessional and unethical salesperson. Showed up to our house after dark, stood in the shadows of the front porch, never introduced himself, the company he works for, or the reason why he was there. Wife was home alone with the kids at the time, luckily we have a doorbell camera that allowed me to intervene and dismiss him from the property.
These guys are absolutely horrible over charged my acct 90 dollars and still haven't refunded me has been over 2 weeks and they said could be another 30 days but I've been told 7 to 10 days by 3 managers over the last 2 weeks. They have no problem taking the extra money when the service is done but can't refund me and I've talked to multiple people there and getting nothing
This company uses hard sell practices and their sales people are very rude. I have a "No Solicitors" sign clearly shown on my front door. An Aptive door to door sales person ignored it and rang. I discussed the No Solicitor sign with him but he simply changed and subject and ignored my needs. Do not do business with this company. I would give them NO stars but this site requires me to give at least one.
****** is amazing and he take care of all my insects. Happy with the work
