This company is a scam. They give you a trial then the next thing you know you get a bill for hundreds of dollars! Try to contact customer service and you get a run around. We canceled after the first treatment when they didnt show for the follow up and were told to disregard the bill. But they continue to bill for services NOT provided. This is elder abuse!

07/06/2023 - Like many of the poor reviews I see on here, I have the same problems. The salesman told me after the initial couple of months they would visit quarterly which is what I've been expecting. They came every month the first 3 months and then every other month! I told them on the phone. Then they would schedule service the last few days of the month and the next service after was the first few days of the month afterwards. they sell you an agreement and then you are screwed. they come out every 2 times in my case 7 times a year and charge $115 every visit. customer service is rude and they do not return the call. never sign an agreement with them.

Unfortunately we recently signed a contract with this company. They stated that we would be required to get our second service between 20 - 60 days. It wasn't even 30 days and they scheduled our service. To begin with, we have absolutely NO issue with pests. We just thought of getting the service to protect against any such occurrence. After trying repeatedly via text (so many different bots are texting!!) , number of phone calls to try and reschedule the appointment, I finally got a person to text me. 0 stars if I could. Relentless soliciting, sometimes twice a day. Last night it was at 10PM. He rang our doorbell and woke our children, alarmed our dog, and made sure I would NEVER use this company. I've told them to leave multiple times. The pests in this case are these people. What company in their right mind has people walking about and soliciting (despite what you claim, YES, you are soliciting) at 10PM? I'll go out of my way to avoid this company and if anyone mentions pest control for their homes I'll be letting them ... read more

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Sold me a year contract, then at the end of the year was told it was a 2 year contract. Canceled the contract at a steep ****** on 6/19/2023. They showed up today 6/28/2023 ready for their 2 minutes of spraying. Told them to leave, she tried to insist on doing her job. Finally left. Then I went and logged onto their site, it shows I owe $169 for today's services! They lie about everything. They do much of nothing than sit in their car. I'm a so LIVID!!! If I could give a 0 Star review I would. Spoke with sales to sign up for vole removal. Told them I did not want any spraying other than ***** for wasps. Was advised that it would only be 2 treatments necessary and there was no contract and could cancel at anytime.They have attempted to do the 2nd treatment but can't seem to get anything correct, not on time, tried to spray my house after customer service was told it was only supposed to be the pellet treatment for voles, rescheduled, came to spray interior of our house that ... read more

I have had more bugs and insects since they were here than before. Their main goal, as was told to me by the salesman that came to my door, was to take care of the ants and ticks. The next day the ants were back just as bad so whatever they sprayed or didn't spray did not do anything. I feel conned and am refusing to pay them unless they return and make it right.
