Deceptive practices. I told the salesman that we were having an issue with ********* Ants, and he scheduled a visit with a technician. I talked to the technician and said that we were concerned about ********* Ants and we both looked around outside for a nest, although we did not find one. He sprayed around the house. Deceptive business. They did not fulfill my pest control issues. Charged me $134 per supposed treatment. Then they wanted to charge me $190 to cancel service. SCAM

Aptive didn't provide a copy of our contract, salesman was misleading. Aptive tried to schedule a follow up treatment for a monthly service, not quarterly, which is what we agreed to. We cancelled our contract, then were provided with a copy of our contract. Aptive automatically withdrew the cancellation fee from our checking account. With us not having a copy of the contract, we were not aware that the automatic withdrawal was going to be made. Very dissatisfied with this company. I will not recommend this business.

Salesperson misrepresented the solicitation, and managed to get me to sign for work to be done that morning. Later I learned the salesperson had been told twice to leave the condo complex. I then filed a complaint with my bank about the credit card charge. The bank received a rebuttal from the company with copies of documents that showed ****************" had signed for the work to be done; consisting of "9 standard treatments at $170.13 each". This company is a joke. Do everything you can to get away from this company. They will charge 199 for the initial discount reimbursement tell them your moving into an apartment. They will waive it. If not ask to speak with you Account manager. They will never give you a refund even if you have footage of the tech driving off with no service. Do not use this company.

rang door bell and slick sales got me to pay 275 for treatment - then I realized it was a scam and cancelled treatment and now they are still trying to get me to pay 199 as a DISCOUNT REIMBURSEMENT which was meant to be a discount from the 375 price I called and now they are saying it is not 199 it is 120 that I owe DO NOT use them - scam salesmen I have to select a star - but NO STARS

Aptive Environmental is an extremely manipulative company and has provided one of the worst experiences I've had with a service provider. I've had general "just OK" pest control services with this provider. After having decided to not renew my service with this company, turns out that their mode of operation is making this extremely difficult. I simply asked to set my account to NOT RENEW at the end of my service commitment. My options were to pay right away and pay a $199 fee or, call at the end of my service and terminate.... read more
