Be aware, the treatment only works 1-2 days! Especially you are the only one do the treatment among neighbors. This company preys on senior citizens and signed my mom's name to an agreement that was not explained clearly to her about what she was signing up for or that it would be a reoccurring charge for two years. The name of the person on the agreement doesn't even exist and there is no way to talk with the person whose name is on the agreement. Very bad services. they keep withdrawing money from my credit care after my contract ended without my authorization for 2 years. I file a complain and requested them to refund my money they refused and kept all the unauthorized charge. They scam me and took my money. Dont be a victim to those scammer company.
I came home after a long day, to my wife complaining about the pushy Aptive representative. She had signed a contract that was stated the had three days to cancel. We discussed the service and desired keep this commitment. I called the representative and canceled the appointment and the was informed that I would have to cancel the agreement. On 2 subsequent occasions now I've had a terrible experience. The first time, I took off from work and the service tech showed up and said he didn't have time to spray the outside or inside and to just reschedule. So I paid for NO SERVICE. I gave them one more shot and they showed up, sprayed the outside and left without spraying the inside (and again I took off from work to let them in). Do not trust this company. I signed a contract with Aptive on 9/7/2023. I wrote them a check for $69.00 this was for the initial treatment. I was given that price because I had been with them before, and they wanted to gain my business again. The first time I cancelled because they could not get rid of the spiders. I was told that they have a different solution, and he would guarantee they would get rid of them, I should have followed my 1st instinct! Terrible, deceptive, fraudulent, unreliable, misrepresentation what they promise they can do. Technicians have no clue, educated nor trained on inspect / bug species. I specifically went with them because I was informed they could mitigate the gnat issue in our basement and find the source and none of which has been done. Total waste of money, time and patience. This company lure customer by making false promises. Please don't trust their sales rep. *** of their reps named *** signed me up for the contract and promised that Aptive will take care of cancelling my service with Greenix but they did not. I came to know when ******* also charged for their service. Further, Aptive provides two services upfront within 30 days. I asked not to provide that extra service as I didn't think it was needed.
