Scam! Sales person mentions $129 for year. Charge is $150 every cycle and cancellation fee of $199. They use the service agreement the sales person lures you to sign for extorting the money off you

I have been receiving service since may 2022 last year seemed fine bugs were at bay etc. This year i have had ants bad called for reservices etc. My house still is infested with ants the technicians this year are only here for 5 minutes each service they dont do what i ask when they arrive asked for grandular layed out didn't do it asked for flea spray etc in yard didn't do it i watched the guy he went around the house dewebbed spider webs not well i might add. This company is a scam and very deceptive. What the sales person tells you is not what is in the contract. I was told I could cancel at anytime. No mention of a $200 cancellation fee. They were only suppose to come out 3 times a year and we have a person show up monthly to spray at $159.00 dollars a pop. I was also told that what they spray is not harmful to dogs. My mother and I were both approached separately by young man with no business card or ID only a hat and T shirt. Told me my pest control service was now owned by them and needed to sign up today to get the same rate. I asked for proof. He had none I told him it was a bad time and he kept pressuring me. When I sent him away he went next door and told my mother I had given approval for her to sign me up. Even if they had bought out my current business we have a contract. I believe this is a scam. Salesman kept ringing and pounding on my door. Wouldnt leave the premises when I said no numerous times. Shut the door on him. Had another one of their salesman last month do the same thing.

Had a service last week and the technician wrote in his work order that he was here for 20 minutes sprayed my foundation, my front yard my backyard and my Fenceline. I check my foot surveillance cameras, and he was only there for six minutes. Only sprayed the foundation and didnt do anything else. I called to complain and speak to a manager. They said the manager will get back to me. Its been exactly a week now and no ones called me back. This company should be sued for all the reviews Im reading. We are very unhappy with our service from Aptive Environmental LLC. Initially the salesman said that many of our neighbors signed up for the service and for $99 a technician would come and take care of the spiders and cobwebs. A technician showed up and I talked to him for about 20 seconds. I went into the house and didn't see him again. The receipt said that an indoor fly trap service was performed. Beware of Active pest control!!! They are trying to charge me $130 for sending someone out under warranty for free. They did the initial treatment on July 14. I noticed ants and I texted the sales rep to add that treatment the next time. The sales rep replied, "The yard and the warranty for that is only $20 bucks so I can add that on and schedule my guy to come out for free to do a treatment."*** FOR FREE ***Then I got a bill for $154 which is a FULL treatment plus the $20 ant treatment. Sales man came to door and said would beat my quarterly rate and includes a few extra treatments. Ends up vendor is coming more than quarterly and charging for each visit so no savings. Also charged a $ 199 cancelation fee. Company is false advertising verbally so be careful signing their agreement provided on ipad. Also after spraying had tons of bugs. Will be going back to my former exterminator.
