The salesman was door knocking in our neighborhood and ignored my no soliciting sign. My kiddo answered the door, so I felt stuck. He persisted after I said I will need to talk to my spouse first. He continued to push and push and scheduled a service that I did not want. Once he finally left, I suddenly had a CONTRACT in my email with my initials, which I NEVER EVER signed or agreed to. We had a terrible sales experience. This young man came to our house and started using neighbors names as customers to get ** to sign a contract. When we told him we needed time to because my wife is pregnant and wanted to discuss with the doctor about pesticide exposure, he disregarded our concerned and said just give me your information now and call me if you need it removed tomorrow. Received an extremely aggressive sales pitch from a young employee from Aptive who came to my door. It was fathers day weekend and he took away time from time I was spending with out-of-town family but would not stop blathering at me for long enough for me to ask him to leave. He also asked me a lot of weird personal questions during his pitch and was clearly trying to scare me into using their service despite having an existing service I already use which costs me a fraction of Aptive's price.Companies like this are why I h... read more

GOT SENT TO COLLECTIONS ON DAY 20 BECAUSE OF THIER S**** UP. I have been a customer for 3 years and never had any issues until now. They apparently changed their website and when that happened, appearantly my card/bank account information was not transferred? I have always had it set for automatic billing. Never had an issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Starts off well ********* cover whole house, inside garage, *****, inside house, etc. That was the only good visit. One visit I had a tech spray for spiders in the basement. Started by spraying BASEBOARDS. I reminded him spiders are typically at ceiling level. He sprayed up high with something he wasnt sure of out of a can. Salesperson came to our door multiple times throughout a weekday, and did not leave any fliers or other identification. That part was fine, but they came back to the door at 9:30pm, which is completely unacceptable. No company identification or logo was visible, the person just verbally said the companys name when I talked to them through the doorbell.

Good pest control service. Poor sales ethics. Customer 6+ years. Without my permission, they used my name in recommending their service to many of my neighbors. In some cases Aptive was very aggressive. *** lived in my neighborhood 27 years. I have no tolerance for this sort of thing.

Was told I would pay for a one time charge of $300 but found there was a monthly $192 charge after that. Asked why?. **************** Couldnt do anything but cancel my account & had no supervisor to talked too. Almost $500 for 2 treatments of work outside. A total Rip Off. Went to ******************* to dispute the charges.
