On tine, very professional and friendly especially in today’s 6 ft rule.
The service has been great and have had no problem getting a recall appointment if needed. Great change from the previous pest control company we were using before.
Came around twice door to door in our neighborhood during the corona virus pandemic. The employee was not wearing a mask and had zero interest in protecting potential customers. Irresponsible business practices and I would never use their services.
Their salesman, Alex, came by our neighborhood during this pandemic, not wearing a mask, not wearing gloves, and was knocking door to door. Willow Meadows clearly has signs at the entrances of the neighborhood forbidding soliciting, which doesn't deter salespeople. I left a review for Tom on 6 March 20. I am not sure if it was received. I just wanted to reiterate that he provided the BEST service that I have received since signing a service plan with Aptive Environmental last year. Ants, spiders (black widows and brown recluse) were and other creepy crawlers were DOA! All of the technicians are very professional. They communicate well and ensure that your concerns are addressed. This was a great decision for me, especially being a new home owner!! Thank you!!!
Leslie G*** is a phenomenal Aptive representative! He was extremely helpful today as my husband and I had several questions about bugs we had seen recently. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind! Highly recommend!!!!!! We hope we get him each time!
