Had my quarterly service today. The technician Marques L***** from Central Jersey Aptive did a good job. He was courteous, spent time and treated all the areas as specified. I am satisfied with his service. So far since I started the service last year, I have not yet seen ants coming into the house. This is the beginning of bug season. I hope it remains the same. My only complain about Aptive is that it is a bit pricey for the annual contract.

(Tech) from Aptive came to my house today 5/19 for our pest control treatment..he called when outside the home informing us he was there, he asked about any issue's we may have seen..he performed his worked and treated an active ant hill in one of the flower beds..good service and very professional
This afternoon I had a sales person approach my home, cold calling for additional business. It is not my place to judge if timing for cold calls is appropriate now. However, the reason for my review is the lack of preparation to engage with strangers during a pandemic. First, the person was not wearing ANY PPE for preventative measures. There was not a face mask present nor any additional suggested PPE.
